We live at a remarkable time for this. In the age of AI and the internet, practices from many traditions are available to us in ways they never were before.

A practice ripens only through returning to it.

Again, again, yet again.

There is no single meditation technique that works for everyone. There are hundreds of approaches, and what opens something for one person may leave another completely untouched.

But experimentation is only the beginning.

The only way to know is to experiment.

At Aalolika Meditation Retreats, we use this access with care. We explore methods from different Indic traditions to discover what actually speaks to us.

For a beginner, that may mean tasting different approaches. For someone already on the path, it may mean going deeper into a practice that has begun to work.

OSHO

a contemporary current

Osho drew freely from many older streams, while also responding to needs of the modern body and mind.

His active meditations brought somatic movement into the practice, inviting stillness after the body had been fully engaged.

We experiment to discover which one opens for us.
